Joe Presher | Project Manager
Joe has been with HSA for 24 years. He has served as Project Manager on multiple State of Idaho and School District projects throughout the years.
Most recently, Joe has worked on projects at the Idaho Veterans Home in Boise, and the Idaho Department of Correction. Joe is experienced with all aspects of a project from design and the preparation of construction documents to construction administration.
Joe grew up in Idaho working various agricultural and construction jobs before he went to school for computer-aided design. He was also a proud member of the Idaho Army Reserve 321st Combat Engineers from 1982 to 1994. He has worked with HSA since 1997 and completed the NCARB Intern Development Program in 2005. He lives in Canyon County (otherwise known as Idaho’s wine country) and enjoys farming, snowmobiling, camping, hunting, fishing, and most outdoor activities with his family.
