Guymon Orthodontics is one of the leading Orthodontists in the Treasure Valley, and as his practice has grown he had become one of our many repeat clients. Since 2014 HSA has provided Architectural design services for 3 new satellite offices in the Treasure Valley.
The Nampa office completed in 2018 was the remodel of an existing 1,560 sf space. The remodel added five treatment spaces, a tray prep area, a Pan Ceph room, an office, a reception area, a waiting room and two restrooms.
The office located in Star Idaho is a 1,213 sf space consisting of an exam area with three stations, a Pan Ceph room, a tray prep area, a consulting exam room, a receptionist and waiting area.
The third and most recent addition completed this year was a tenant improvement in Kuna of a 1,500 sf space consisting of five treatment stations,a tray prep area, a Pan Ceph room, a consulting room, an office, a reception area, a waiting room, a restroom and an employee break room.
