HSA assisted the Filer School District in successfully passing a $16.4 million bond in May of 2008.  This bond allowed for the construction of a new intermediate school, high school extracurricular and community facilities in addition to several maintenance projects.

These projects were completed below the projected budget which allowed the School District to add projects from their “wish list” including reroofing, paving and lighting projects.

The new 55,000 s.f. Intermediate School includes:

  • Classrooms
  • Computer Labs
  • Music Room
  • Media center Administration areas
  • Food Service/Kitchen/Cafeteria
  • Multi-purpose facility with full-size basketball and volleyball courts
