In a revival effort of the old Ustick Township, HSA was commissioned by a local developer to create and design a Mixed-Use Facility to serve as the hub for the entire development.

 

 

 

This facility encompasses:

- Office and commercial spaces on the lower floors
- Common areas with elevator, entry commons, & parking located around side & rear    perimeters
- Residential, in the form of apartments and condominiums, on the upper floors
- Building location to encourage local residents to walk from place to place, rather than   hop in their cars
- Numerous pedestrian paths, historical lighting, and large, park-like areas throughout the   development, which will enhance the local community area
