These areas of specific expertise include space planning, accessibility upgrades, reroofing, elevator code upgrades, paving repairs, project planning including budget estimating, and scheduling.
These types of projects are not just a sideline but a main part of our business. For example, HSA’s principals have been an integral part of the State of Idaho reroofing program since its inception in the 1980s. HSA continues to provide roof consulting and design to the the State of Idaho, school districts and private clients.
