Qwest - Idaho Falls Call Center

HSA designed this 24,000 square foot Customer Service Center for Qwest Idaho Falls in 1999. The Service Center included work- stations for two hundred employees, testing and training stations for job applicants, reception, break room and support service counter. The Service Center is located in a tilt up concrete building adjacent to the Idaho Falls Airport. In 2004 Qwest again hired HSA to design the expansion of their Idaho Falls operation into a similar building next door, adding 280 new employees in 28,000 square feet.

HSA team members have been providing planning and design services for Qwest Communications through out the past years. Projects vary greatly based on the needs in each community and include:

-Office and meeting space improvements and
 additions.
-Call Center tenant improvements.
- Mega Center – Main data / switching stations.

All of which required some form of common areas with elevator, entry commons, & parking access evaluation to control flow of traffic.
