HSA
designed this 24,000 square foot Customer
Service Center for Qwest Idaho Falls in 1999.
The Service Center included work- stations
for two hundred employees, testing and training
stations for job applicants, reception, break
room and support service counter. The Service
Center is located in a tilt up concrete building
adjacent to the Idaho Falls Airport. In 2004
Qwest again hired HSA to design the expansion
of their Idaho Falls operation into a similar
building next door, adding 280 new employees
in 28,000 square feet.
